Classic Weebly editor, not Square Online
Move your Weebly website to Staticbot
Request the classic Weebly archive and include any extra exports you have. Upload the package or use Git; Staticbot will inspect the inputs and help with missing pages and features.

Website ZIP · partial archive
What you can bring across
An emailed ZIP archive of the static site. Blog and store pages are excluded, and some elements need replacement before it is a working independent website.
Bring the files you have in one ZIP, or use your existing Git repository. Staticbot will inspect the inputs and request a review. You do not need to rebuild the website before submitting it.
Before you start
- Access to the classic Weebly editor and an inbox that can receive the archive link.
- Separate copies of blog posts, shop content and your original assets. Check whether the account is affected by Weebly’s regional service changes.
Get the export files ready
Open the Archive settings
In the classic Weebly editor, open Settings > General and find Archive. This route applies to classic Weebly; Square Online uses a different editor.
Email and download the site ZIP
Enter your email address and choose Email Archive, then follow the link in the email. Keep the ZIP as it is. You can upload it directly if it contains all the material you have.
Include extra content and backups you have
The site archive excludes blog and store pages. Include any separate exports, saved posts, original assets or account-data downloads you have, and note what is missing. Do not rebuild the omitted pages before submitting.
Create one package if you have multiple downloads
Put the site ZIP, content exports and a short note about forms, slideshows or shop features into one outer ZIP. Existing ZIPs can stay zipped. If your team already uses Git, add the same files to the repository instead.
Upload or import the package
Use Upload your project for the archive or the separate Git import form. Staticbot inspects the contents and nested ZIPs, keeps the inventory and website-scan context, and requests review. We will help prepare missing pages and the next steps before deployment.

Features to review before moving
- The archive is not a full database or editor backup and cannot be imported back into Weebly.
- Blog pages, store pages and native services require separate recovery or replacement.
- A dead public URL is not enough to establish a recoverable archive, affected region or access to the account.
Check the preview before changing DNS
Open every archived page and every rebuilt post, test forms and slideshows, and check all downloads. Compare against your original URL inventory so omitted blog or shop pages do not silently disappear.
Keep the old account and your backups until the replacement works. You can connect a custom domain you control after testing; the provider’s own subdomain stays with the original platform.
Next: bring your files to Staticbot
Choose the separate ZIP upload or Git import form. Staticbot keeps the package and its inventory for review. Once the website is prepared, the existing hosting guides explain previewing and deployment.
