Staticbot migrations are currently free. The Escape Pass does not change that. It gives you a prepaid path for one future Supported Migration if pricing changes before you are ready.

Who can purchase it?
The Escape Pass is not generally available for purchase. It is offered to qualifying existing Staticbot users based on their account history and current use of the product.
A qualifying account must have previously created or explored a migration, remain on an eligible free setup, and not already be using paid hosting or an active Staticbot deployment or Continuous Sync setup. An active invitation is required at checkout.
This page is public so the offer and its terms are clear. Visiting it or creating a new account does not by itself make an account eligible. If you received an invitation email, your account qualified when that invitation was issued.
Why it exists
You can want an exit without wanting to leave today.
An app can be perfectly fine on its current platform now. The reason to preserve an escape path is that needs change: a platform can change its pricing, limits, product direction, or the amount of control it gives you.
The Escape Pass buys time, not urgency. You do not pick a date or nominate a project when you purchase it. If you never need it, nothing about your current setup changes.
The important distinction
Your pass belongs to you. The migration visible in your Staticbot account may have made you eligible for the offer, but it does not become the project covered by the pass.

The owner can email us and ask to move the pass to another Staticbot account.

Do I have to choose a project now?
No. The pass is not tied to a migration or project already in your Staticbot account. You choose the eligible project when you redeem the pass.
What does “Supported Migration” mean?
It is Staticbot’s human-supported service for one migration: failure inspection, reasonable in-scope fixes, preview assessment, final handoff review, email and chat support, and an optional 15-minute consultation. It becomes active when you redeem the pass and stays active until the migration it covers completes. Custom engineering outside the standard migration process is not included.
Can I transfer the pass to somebody else?
Yes. The owner can email support@staticbot.dev from the account that holds the pass and ask us to transfer it to another Staticbot account.
Does the Escape Pass expire?
