Work together on your Staticbot projects
Invite a teammate to help with your applications, or let a client follow a specific deployment. Choose the access that fits the work.
Ravel works on Staticbot’s migration platform, moving apps built with Lovable and Base44 onto Supabase and hosting their owners control.
Collaboration is now available in Staticbot. Workspace invitations bring teammates into your shared work. Project invitations give someone access to one named project. You can use collaboration on an ordinary project, whether you work with an agency, a colleague or a client.
Two ways to invite someone
A workspace teammate
For people working across your workspace. Owners and admins invite members with Admin, Editor or Reader roles. Readers inspect the work; Editors develop and operate projects; Admins also manage workspace resources and access.
A guest on one project
For a client, reviewer or partner who needs one specific project. Viewer and Collaborator invitations are scoped to that project. Guests do not become workspace members or gain access to your other projects.
Keep the right people involved
A project Viewer can check deployment status, the running version and live URL. This gives clients a place to follow delivery and reviewers a place to check the result. The project appears in Shared with me after access is granted.
Collaborator access adds actions suited to the shared project. On a deliberately shared source project, a collaborator can request preview builds. On a client delivery project, they can submit permitted application secrets for the agency to review and apply. Project guests do not publish releases, run production updates or administer workspace connections.
Change a role or revoke access as the engagement changes. Sharing a client's delivery project leaves your source development and other client projects separate. Share the source itself only when you want that person involved in development.
Send your first invitation
- For a teammate, open Account → your organization → Manage members and choose their workspace role.
- For a project guest, open Project → Access, enter their email, and choose Viewer or Collaborator.
- Send the invitation. The recipient signs in and verifies their email before accepting it.
- Review membership or project access when responsibilities change, and update or revoke it there.
Collaboration and agency delivery fit together
Collaboration controls who can work with you or follow a project. Agency delivery handles sending applications and selected releases to separate customer infrastructure. You can invite teammates on your own project without setting up client delivery. An agency can combine both: the team develops the source, clients receive independent deployments, and each client gets access to its own delivery project.
