1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Staticbot.dev (the "Service"), operated by BITFICTION, s.r.o., a company registered in the Slovak Republic ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Staticbot.dev provides a platform to deploy and host websites on AWS. The Service includes tools for managing deployments and infrastructure code generation (Terraform).

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. If you choose to deploy to your own AWS account, you are responsible for managing it and associated costs.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Staticbot.dev and its licensors. The infrastructure code (Terraform) generated for your AWS account becomes your property upon export.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Staticbot.dev, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
