    Refund Policy

    1. Overview

    This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Staticbot.dev, operated by BITFICTION, s.r.o. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

    2. One-Time Purchases (Migration Credits)

    Migration credits (Single Migration, Migration Pack) are one-time purchases. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any of the migration credits included in the purchase. Once a migration credit has been consumed (i.e., a migration has been started), that credit is non-refundable. A migration is considered successfully delivered when it reaches a final state of "Completed" or "Completed with Errors" — both are valid outcomes and are non-refundable, as individual jobs within a migration can be skipped or retried at your discretion. Unused credits from a partially used Migration Pack may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion. Purchased migration credits expire 365 days after the date of purchase if unused. Expired credits are not eligible for a refund.

    3. Subscriptions (Hosting Plans)

    Hosting subscriptions (Pro, Scale) are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the remaining days of a billing period. If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund for that billing period.

    4. Failed Migrations

    If a migration completely fails due to a technical issue on our end and cannot be completed, we will either provide a replacement migration credit at no additional cost or issue a full refund for the affected credit — at your choice. AI troubleshooting and automated retry features are included to help resolve issues before they require a refund.

    5. Free Tier

    The free tier does not involve any payment. No refund applies to free tier usage.

    6. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, please contact us at hello@staticbot.dev with your transaction details (Paddle receipt or order number). We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and will be returned to the original payment method.

    7. Changes to This Policy

    We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
