Switch from Lovable to Base44
Want Base44's app experience but not a from-scratch rebuild? Staticbot lands your Lovable app and its data on a Supabase you own — the backend both builders speak — and prepares it for Base44, so your users and data come with you instead of staying stranded in Lovable Cloud.
Start Your SwitchYour backend is the part worth keeping
A Lovable app is a React frontend on a Supabase backend (Lovable Cloud is just a usage-billed wrapper over Supabase). The frontend is cheap to regenerate in a new builder — but your schema, your data, and your users are not. Those are what you want to carry into Base44.
That's exactly what Staticbot moves. We migrate your backend out of Lovable Cloud onto a Supabase project you own, so switching builders never means abandoning your database or asking users to sign up again.
The exact path
1. Migrate your Lovable backend to your own Supabase
Schema, table data, RLS policies, edge functions, storage, and secrets move out of Lovable Cloud into a Supabase project you own — the one-time migration that sets up everything else. Your Lovable project stays untouched.
2. Bring your users with hashes intact
Auth users migrate with password hashes preserved and OAuth identities (Google, GitHub, Apple) re-linked — nobody has to reset a password to follow you to Base44.
3. Prepare the app for Base44
With your data and auth on an owned Supabase — the same backend Base44 apps run on — Staticbot maps your tables and app surface so Base44 builds against your existing backend rather than an empty project.
4. Build in Base44 — keep the option open
Continue in Base44 against your owned Supabase. And because the foundation is standard, you're never trapped: switch again, or edit directly with Claude Code, whenever it suits you.
Our honest take
We think Supabase + Claude Code (or Codex) is a better tooling choice if you want more control and don't want to be locked in a walled garden. Once your app is on your own Supabase, you can edit it directly with any AI coding tool — no builder middleman, no proprietary SDK, no platform risk. Here's what managing your app after migration looks like →
Take your app to Base44 — bring your data
Own your Supabase foundation first; build in Base44 second. Your first migration is free, and your Lovable project is never disconnected.
